The Annapurna Base Camp Trek, Annapurna Circuit, Royal Hike, Mustang Muktinath Trek, Dhaulagiri Circuit Trek are some of the famous trekking routes in the region. Apart from trekking, other adventure activities like rafting, paragliding, ultra-light and zip-flyer are in the menu for adrenaline junkies. The city of Pokhara, which is the starting and ending point of the region, provides all sorts of amenities and gears, including amusement activities like discotheques, bike/motorbike rentals etc. The communication is easily accessible and the lodges and tea houses are well stuffed, making this region fairly safe for solo female travellers as well.
